Swift Cargo Lift started in 2019 with a single Boeing 757 charter contract, three employees, and a leased warehouse outside Fresno, California. Marcus Cheng had spent fifteen years at large carriers watching mid-sized shippers get late updates, opaque pricing, and customs delays that nobody owned.

The fix was not complicated: name the operator on every shipment. Pick up the phone when something goes wrong. Quote prices that do not change at the dock. Five years and four new hubs later, that is still the operating principle.
